Convenora is proprietary software owned by Umami Solutions Private Limited and is intended only for authorised internal use. External clients do not receive dashboard or API access.
Authorised use
The configured owner may use Convenora to support Umami-owned businesses and advertising accounts that clients have lawfully authorised Umami to manage. Users must follow provider terms, advertising policies, privacy laws and contractual obligations.
Financial control
Convenora assists with planning and optimisation but does not guarantee business results. Advertising spend remains subject to provider billing. Live changes may be restricted by simulation, approval, budget, conversion-health and emergency-stop controls.
Third-party services
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Gemini, Hostinger and other connected services are governed by their own terms and availability. Umami does not control provider approval, billing or policy decisions.
